Notice of Disciplinary Hearings

A complaint against a registered health professional is authorized by the Complaints Authorization Committee (the “CAC”) when the CAC is of the opinion that there are reasonable grounds to believe that a health professional has engaged in conduct deserving of sanction. The referral of a complaint to a hearing pursuant to section 38(3)(b) of the Health Professions Act (2010) does not constitute a finding that a health professional is guilty of conduct deserving of sanction.

The following complaint(s) have been referred to a hearing before an Adjudication Tribunal appointed under the Health Professions Act.

Hearings are open to the public. Please contact the NLCHP office at (709)745-7304 for more information.
